Multi-colour sheet-fed offset presses — consistent colour, tight registration, and the foundation every bag, box and planner is built on.
Finished sheets pass through our thermal laminator — gloss, matte and soft touch
Printed and laminated sheets feed through our automated bag-folding line. Sheets are scored, side-seams glued, base gussets folded — one continuous run from flat sheet to finished bag body.
Automated inspection, tagging and packing lines fill PDQ trays and seal cartons at retail-ready scale — every order out the door consistent and on-spec.
